Due to the amount of projects I work on, it is not possible to store raw video and photo files for more than 7 calendar days after delivery of the final project render.

Unless you request copies of your files they will be deleted within 7 calendar days after the final project render has been delivered. ( digital/physical delivery of raw files will incur a charge depending on the size and nature of the files ).

I use Final Cut Pro / Resolve to edit all videos. I use a range of in-house colour correction and video editing methods to produce videos. I am not able to share presets or templates with clients.

Up to three revisions can be made per project. For example if you wish for certain shots, images or footage to be re-arranged, extended or removed , you may request for these to be changed up to three times. Any changes after this will be billed at an hourly rate of £75.00

For completed shoots, a 50% discount will be applied if full payment is received before the invoice due date.

If full payment is not received by the invoice due date I will email you a reminder requesting payment. Should full payment still not be received, your revised invoice (minus the 50% discount) will be emailed to you, and will reflect a late payment fee of £150.00.
-
If you fail to pay your invoice I will pass your invoice on to a debt collection agency. This may affect your credit rating, and may result in a county court judgement / legal action against you to recover the debt.
-
Your invoice will contain an itemised breakdown of the services I have provided, as well as all changes requested by you.

Bank details (account name, sort code and account number) are at the bottom of every invoice, just underneath the "terms and conditions" section.

As I communicate every change via email / Whatsapp, and every change is approved with you/ your team in writing, in the event that any dispute arises regarding payment I will direct you to the email where you have agreed and instructed me to carry out further work on your project. I will never make any changes, or proceed with additional work, which may incur additional charges, without you/ your team's written authorisation.

In the United Kingdom the current maximum height restriction for drones without Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) approval is 120 meters from ground level. I ask all clients to seek prior approval with the CAA prior to any shoot commencing, as I am unable to authorise approval for flights above 120 metres less than fourteen working days before the shoot date.
-
-
I ask to be provided with all the relevant information from clients beforehand, with regards to the requirements for the booking. I am required by the CAA to fly drones in direct line of site at all times. If on the day of the shoot it is apparent that there may be a breach of the CAA rules and guidelines, I will cancel the drone flight. If a drone flight is cancelled due to a potential breach of CAA guidelines, there will be an itemised charge of £250.00 added to your invoice.
-
-
I fly in the "Open" category. Before making a booking , I ask that all clients who require aerial photography / videography familiarise themselves with the drone rules and guidelines of the United Kingdom - https://www.caa.co.uk/drones/rules-and-categories-of-drone-flying/introduction-to-drone-flying-and-the-uk-rules/
